Returns & Exchanges

To start a return, please either sign into your account or enter your email address and order# to begin the returns process.

We accept returns on unworn, unwashed, unaltered merchandise, both regular and sale price (excluding Final Sale), for up to 30 days from the shipping date. Any merchandise received outside of the 30 day return window will be returned to the customer. We only accept returns from our e-Commerce website. Merchandise purchased from BostonHarboour.net must be returned via your preferred courier Pre-paid. Merchandise purchased from other retailers must be returned to the original place of purchase.

To ensure that your return is processed accurately and in a timely manner, your return should be in its original condition, in the original box, and with your packing list if available. Upon inspection, credit will be refunded in the form of your original method of payment and will include any taxes paid. Refunds of merchandise to your credit card may take up to one billing cycle to appear on your credit card statement.

Please allow approximately 2-3 weeks for processing. Additional processing delays may occur.

EXCHANGES

We accept exchanges on unworn, unwashed, unaltered merchandise, both regular and sale price (excluding Final Sale), for up to 30 days from the delivery date. Any merchandise outside of the 30 day return window will be returned to the customer.
