  1. Do you have a free shipping policy for US and Canadian orders?

We offer free shipping for US and Canadian orders above $250. If the order is under $250, we charge $35.00 as a delivery fee.

  1. What is your standard shipping method?

Our standard shipping process is done by DHL which delivers the order between 9 am to 5 pm Monday to Friday. Standard delivery time is 10-14 working days excluding weekends and public holidays

  1. What are the delivery charges on International orders?

We offer free international shipping on orders above $350. If the order is under $350, we charge $45.00 as a delivery fee.

  1. Can I cancel my order after confirmation?

Yes, you can cancel the order before dispatching the goods. If you cancel the order after dispatching from our side you have to return the order to get a refund. You can cancel the order by contacting our Customer Experience Team at 1-646-559-2989.

  1. What is your Exchange Policy?

You can exchange your product within 60 days of getting it.

Terms and Policy:

You can exchange your order with a gift card.
Products received after 60 days will not be accepted by us.                                                       If you have made payment using more than one gift card then your first gift card will be refunded to you.

  1. What is your return and Refund Policy?

We assure you a satisfactory return and refund policy which is set for 60 days. You can return the product in its original form to get a full refund. Keep the tag attached in case of return. Your refunded payment will appear in your account from 10-14 working days. You will get your delivery charges refunded in case if you return a faulty product or return the product within 7 days.
