Refund & Exchange Policy

Extended Return Period:
To accommodate potential challenges in returning goods, we have extended our refund policy to 30 days. Please note that returns, refunds, and exchanges may take up to 3 weeks to process.

Full Refund Condition:
For a full refund, kindly return your online order in its original condition to our Distribution Centre within 30 days of receiving it. This policy applies to full-price, sale, and online purchases.

Exchange Option:
You may exchange your purchase for a different color variation or size within 30 days of the original purchase. Alternatively, you can exchange for a gift card. Items received beyond the 30-day return period will be returned to you.

Refund Process:
Refunds will be issued to your original form of payment. If your payment involved gift cards and a credit card, the gift card used first during checkout will be refunded first, followed by your payment card.

Multiple Gift Card:
For payments made with multiple gift cards, the first gift card number entered during checkout will be refunded.

Gift Card Reminder:
Please retain all gift cards used for placing an order in case of returns.

Refund Processing Time:
Allow 10-14 working days for refunded payments to reflect in your account.

Product Tag Requirement:
To facilitate a refund, ensure that the product's tag remains attached. Returns without the tag may be exchanged or returned to the customer. Frequent returns may be flagged and subject to refusal or account closure at our discretion.

Handbag Return:
For handbag returns, wrap the product carefully in the original dust bag to prevent damage during shipping. Exercise caution to avoid scratching or marking the product.

How to Return an Order:

Return your order to our Distribution Centre within 30 days for a full refund.
Exchange or receive a gift card within 30 days.
For security reasons, hand-carried returns to our distribution centre cannot be accepted.
International returns are not free. Please use a courier of your choice for returns, retain proof of return, and send the item back to us.

Processing Time for Return, Exchange, and Refund:

Delays are attributed to the returns network and the safeguarding measures in place to protect our team. Allow 10-14 working days for refunds to appear in your account, depending on your bank. Delivery costs will not be refunded for canceled orders post-dispatch, as we do not offer free returns for international orders.

Delivery Cost Refund:

Customs, Duties, and Taxes Refund:
We operate on a Delivered Duty Unpaid basis. Import duties, clearance fees, brokerage fees, or any additional charges are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid on delivery. Customs, duties, and taxes will not be refunded upon order return. These charges are set by the customs authorities of the destination country, and you may need to provide additional information for order clearance.
