Our standard shipping process is done by DHL which delivers the order between 9 am to 5 pm Monday to Friday. Standard delivery time is 7-10 working days excluding weekends and public holidays

  1. What are the delivery charges on International orders?

There are no extra or hidden international shipping charges.

  1. Can I cancel my order after confirmation?

Yes, you can cancel the order before dispatching the goods. If you cancel the order after dispatching from our side you have to return the order to get a refund. You can cancel the order by contacting our Customer Experience Team at 1-315-664-9438 or dropping email with your confirmation number at orders@bostonharbour.net.

  1. What is your Exchange Policy?

You can exchange your product within 14 days of receiving it. The product to be exchanged should be unworn and with tags.

Terms and Policy:

Products received after 14 days will not be accepted by us.                                                   

  1. What is your return and Refund Policy?

We assure you a satisfactory return and refund policy which is set for 14 days. You can return the product in its original form to get a full refund. Keep the tag attached in case of return. Your refunded payment will appear in your account from 10-14 working days after the return is processed and refund is issued. A return fee may be deducted from the amount.

Our special promotions and codes run from time to time and our specific promotional codes are not applicable with any other promotion. We advise you to stay updated with our promotions by signing up on our newsletter on our website.

Our return, exchange, or refund policy takes up to 2 weeks for processing.
